I posted about our crazy Holy Saturday marathon cooking.
Two days prior, I made perogis. They're a polish dumpling of sorts filled with cabbage or potatoes. I made some of each. They're not really hard, just time consuming. You can imagine my delight that Rose and Dominic were both old enough to be of help! Just as I did with my mom when I was young. Remember that Langes? Rose loved hearing about that.

Mmmm, we love pierogies. We've only had the boxed kind from the store, though, so if you ever want to get rid of some of them, we'd be happy to take them off your hands. ;)
